Club members and Lottie, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that has become our unofficial club mascot, met informally today at the The White Hart.

Built in the late 1700s, The White Hart is a Grade II listed building on Milford Road, Lymington, close to the roundabout at the junction of Milford Road, Ridgeway Lane and North Street.

Purchased recently by hospitality group Heartwood Collection, the inn has been  substantially refurbished to provide a modern dining area, while retaining its ‘wood-beams and fireplace’ traditional interior. There is a large car park, outside seating, plus family and dog friendly gardens and play areas.

The menu is varied and includes traditional pub dishes, using local products when possible. Child and senior menus are available and vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free preferences are all catered for, with a carvery on Sunday’s.

Social events include live music on Sunday evenings, a charity quiz on Mondays and a poker tournament on Thursdays.

Dogs are always made welcome at the White Hart. Lottie approves.
