Boscombe Down Aviation Museum is located at Old Sarum Airfield, not at Boscombe Down Airfield.

Boscombe Down Aviation Collection is both a historic museum and a fun educational experience, with the possibility of getting into aircraft cockpits, hearing recordings of engine noise, seeing how the cockpit controls work and listening to recorded exchanges between pilots and air traffic controllers.

With fast jets such as Harriers, Jaguars, Hawks and a Tornado on display this is a unique experience. A Battle of Britain display and a collection of model aircraft are also in the Hangar.

Car sharing, discounted group entrance tickets an introductory talk and a lunchtime snack are being organised (price to be confirmed).

Note : Geoff will collect payments from you and pay the museum on your behalf. Payments are not to "Lentune Probus Club".
